چکیده
Many commodities are abundantly produced around the world, including soybean, corn, rice sugarcane, cassava, coffee, fruits, and many others. These productions responsible for generation of enormous amounts daily residues, such as cassava sugarcane bagasses, husk, coffee peel. residues rich sources renewable energy can be used substrates industrial interest products. Microorganisms useful biofactories, capable producing important primary secondary metabolites, alcohol, enzymes, antibiotics, pigments, other molecules. The production pigments was reported in bacteria, filamentous fungi, yeasts, algae. natural microbial very promising because synthetic colorants present a long history allergies toxicity. In addition, biological activities, antioxidant antimicrobial that interesting applications. use inexpensive these metabolites is attractive, considering agro-industrial generated high usually problem to industry. Therefore, this article we review using during current decade (2010–2020), both submerged solid state fermentations, wild-type genetically modified microorganisms, laboratorial large-scale bioprocesses, possible activities related pigments.

متن کاملCharacterisation of Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Residues as Raw Materials for Ethanol Production
Sugarcane bagasse, rice hulls, peanut shells, and cassava stalks are abundant lignocellulosic residues that could be considered as raw materials for ethanol production in tropical countries. The knowledge on the composition of lignocellulosic materials is important for their effective utilisation. In this work, a systematic comparison of the chemical composition of sugarcane bagasse, peanut she...

متن کاملSpore production in Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom.) samson strains on agro-industrial residues
Paecilomyces lilacinus has potential for pests control. We aimed to analyze mycelial growth and spore production in P. lilacinus strains in several agro-industrial residues and commercial media. This study suggests alternative nutrient sources for fungi production and that the biotechnological potential of agro-industrial refuses could be employed in byproducts development.
